By accessing datraplatform.com or utilizing Datra Platform fleet management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Enterprise SaaS licensing agreements executed directly with SK Square Group Ltd supersede these standard marketing terms.
Datra Platform is designed solely for authorized digital signage, DOOH advertising networks, and hardware operations management. Reverse engineering the edge agent binary, circumventing license keys, or sending unauthorized packet traffic through the reverse mesh is strictly prohibited.
Platform availability guarantees (e.g. 99.9% for Essential, 99.98% for Enterprise Fleet, and 99.999% for Custom tiers) are governed by the specific subscription schedule active in your master service agreement.
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the corporate laws of SK Square Group Ltd.
